How to Write a Million Dollar Usp

Fanvid of Jane Austen’s Persuasion from the 1995 BBC Miniseries. I believed the song truly reflected Frederick Wentworth’s emotions in his reunion with Anne Elliot (and her emotions as effectively!). If you have not watched this version, I highly recommend it – Ciaran Hinds and Amanda Root are amazing in the lead roles. Hope you get pleasure from it! Ratings and comments are welcomed and appreciated. Produced with Adobe Premiere Components 7 This is strictly for entertainment purposes only – no copyright meant! I do not own the clips or music.

Now, after seeing several versions of this film, I’m convinced that Ciaran Hinds is the definitive Wentworth. Well for me anyway. I am now in search of everything he’s done…What an amazing actor. They say the eyes are the window to the soul. That man has GREAT windows! I think I feel a swoon coming on… haha.

Ciaran Hinds as Wentworth = YUM. Now THAT’S a MAN, not a boy, not a guy.

I agree…I saw both versions and I think this one is more faithful to the book, but mainly I think Root and Hinds have great chemistry…the writing, casting, filming and the acting is wonderful in this version.

@TheKeanu101 Thank you! I agree…this version is my fave, too! I just LOVED Ciaran Hinds as Capt. Wentworth…

@kimchifii I definitely recommend this adaptation! I actually watched the 2007 version first and although it was good (and you’re right – RPJ is totally hot!), I prefer this version because it did a wonderful job of following the book. Ciaran Hinds’ Wentworth really blew me away…:)

  9. kimchifii says:

seems like a good adaption! ^^ i’ve watched the one from 2007 with Sally Hawkins and liked it pretty much … she’s a great Anne and Penry Jones is such a HOT Wentworth! xDD well, however … i think i should watch this one here, shouldn’t i?! =)

  10. KDRainstorm says:

@ducky8abug Oh, I agree…one of my fave Wentworth parts in this movie so I had to include it in the vid! :)

  11. ducky8abug says:

I wanna jump Capt. Wentworth’s bones at 1:45. That look he gives is so sexy and fleeting.

@cagneychick182 I know…when I heard this song – I immediately thought of Persuasion. So surprised that (at the time I did this) that no one used this song for Ann and Wentworth. It’s so perfect for them!

  13. Stop breathing if I don’t see you anymore…Makes me breathless. Perfect line for Anne and Wentworth.

  14. KDRainstorm says:

@thatsdrb Thank you! So glad you like the video :)

@DuduTheFlapper Thank you! So glad you liked the video. And I agree – I really fell for Ciaran Hinds in this movie – he is my Captain Wentworth! :)

  20. DuduTheFlapper says:

I like your video! Ciaran Hinds is always captivating and beautiful in his own way but in Persuasion he’s just so handsome…

  21. KDRainstorm says:

@zashie84th Thank you! And I agree – I prefer this version much better than the 2007 one. Ciaran Hinds just blew me away as Wentworth!

I like your video. I’ve always preferred this version better than the 2007 version.

  23. KDRainstorm says:

@Janeite1 Thank you! Persuasion and Pride & Prejudice are my faves. But they are both so different in feeling, aren’t they? P&P is like a romantic comedy and Persuasion has such deep, longing emotion in it. And I absolutely agree with you that this adaptation is just perfect – it definitely captured all those unsaid emotions that Wentworth and Anne had for each other. Thanks again for your comment and glad you enjoyed the video!

  24. Janeite1 says:

Wonderful job in every way! Persuasion is my favorite Austen novel, and this adaptation is my favorite Austen film. Your video captures the romance so well. Anne and Frederick have such a deep love, yet it’s completely unnoticed by all those around them. Your video played that up very nicely. Thanks for sharing.
