Aside from needing to ask my British friends what certain phrases meant, Geoff Burch’s material is very funny. More importantly his book on the Art and Science of Business Persuasion is very informative.
What I like about this book is the detail in which he covers specific business interactions that we all come across. He explains what customer service is and is not. His experience of work in the corporate world is vast and impressive.
I highly recommend this book for anyone who is a student of persuasion and influence.
