Q&A: What type of task would be right for me?

Query by Meagan Rogers: What kind of job would be proper for me?
I’m a sophomore in school and I am attempting to figure out what to do with my life.

Among my interests are:
-religion
-nicely, any humanity course in common
-Rhetoric courses (the art of persuasion interests me a lot!)
-Fantasy/ Magical

…I dunno. But- I do know that I’m an above analyzer and a huge thinker. I truly seem to have a nack for higher theory subjects and I love discussing these and asking concerns, and just considering…but I HATE writing papers. For some cause my thoughts are so a lot far more organized in my thoughts…I just can’t seem to organize them on paper!

Can you support me? I’m thinking homicide detective or teacher or professor or missionary or some thing….I can not figure it out!

Thanks for your ideas and your assist- anything could aid to spark an idea!!!

  1. The Reluctant Gardener says:

-religion, rhetoric & fantasy – Go with the church, any one will do.
-humanity – You don’t need to be a part of anything to do this, but if you do Big Brothers & Big Sisters.

Stock market analyst. The skills you have could work to your advantage.

Hmm. Try your hand at some philosophy courses. Good intersection between religion/humanities/logic (persuasion). Fantasy and magic- I dunno. Unfortunately, anything that falls under humanities requires a LOT of writing, and very good writing skills, at that.

Teaching might be good, too. You seem to have the easygoing temperament for that.

Under psych, I would think a Christian or other religious counseling center would be a good fit for you, because you are good at accepting people as they are. That is a quality much needed in those kinds of centers.
