As an actor, I can say that the best way to persuade (or lie) to somebody is to “believe” the lie oneself. After you manage to “convince” your self of a thing, you act far more naturally.
But use discretion and do not use your new discovered powers for the wrong purposes, you could result in a lot of harm and suspicions.
